BIM coordination meeting in Austin made me question the whole point of laser scanning
We spent 6 hours fixing clash detection errors from a scan that was 2 inches off on a 40,000 square foot shell, so has anyone else found that the fancy tech just creates more paperwork than it saves on older buildings?

2 inches off on 40k sq ft is basically on point for old buildings honestly.
