Site super said our daily reports were 'just paperwork' until the owner asked for 90 days of them
We switched to photo logs in the app back in March and it saved us on a concrete pour dispute. Curious what everyone uses to keep the paper trail straight when a client starts asking questions.

Photos definitely helped but they're not really a paper trail on their own. You still need the written notes with dates and who was on site, otherwise a photo just shows concrete with no context.
