TIL the site trailer at the Oak Street job is running GPS trackers on every rented excavator
Walked past the trailer in Portland last Tuesday and saw a live map showing idle times for 9 machines, so if you're billing hours on iron that's sitting still, the office already knows and it's a short talk after that.
