Found a 2004 webcam site that's still broadcasting downtown traffic

Stumbled on this old traffic cam page for downtown Cleveland last night while hunting for something else. It's been running since 2004 and the feed is still live, just grainy and laggy like you'd expect. What got me is there's a little chat box on the side and apparently a handful of regulars still log in to talk about the morning commute. Has anyone else found live sites like this that somehow survived without updates for 20 years? Feels like a digital time capsule but also kind of creepy.

Man, I gotta disagree with the creepy part. That chat box is the whole point. Those people found each other by accident and kept showing up for 20 years. That's not creepy, that's basically a clubhouse. Way more real than anything on social media now. The grainy feed is part of the charm, honestly. You know exactly what you're getting every single day. No updates, no drama, just the same intersection. That's comforting, not weird.
