I finally dug up that old Mosaic browser last weekend

Spent Saturday afternoon loading a 1995 Netscape bookmark list into an old browser emulator on my laptop. Half the links went nowhere, but one site about homemade fidget spinners from back then still had all its animated GIFs working perfectly. Has anyone else found a gem like that recently?

You probably clicked around for 10 minutes and stumbled onto something someone hasn't touched in 20 years. It's not like you're discovering lost history or anything, it's just old internet junk that nobody cared enough to delete. Kind of funny how we romanticize stuff like this when really it's just broken links and poorly coded pages.

Wait, isn't that just the truth staring us in the face? I used to buy into the whole "lost history" thing until I actually tried digging up old sites and realized it's mostly just forgotten nonsense. Now I see it's just digital clutter we dress up as something meaningful because it's easier than admitting we're nostalgic for a time that wasn't actually that great.
