My 2007 flip phone still crushes the ringer on my modern one
I dug out my old LG enV from a drawer last month and the ring volume alone makes me want to carry both. It also gets a signal in my basement where my current phone shows zero bars, so is there a site or guide tracking which old devices actually beat the new stuff at basic stuff like that?

Ever tried checking old phone forums like HowardForums? That place still has threads from people obsessing over RF strength and speaker output on legacy models. I found a whole list there of older Nokias that beat modern phones for rural signal, and my old enV was on it too. That's how I found out mine had a passive antenna design that newer phones just gave up on.
