That flash game site from 2004 still loads but nobody plays anymore
I was bored last Sunday and randomly typed in a URL I remembered from middle school, some site called Not Doppler or whatever. Figured it would be dead or redirect to some ad farm but nope, it loaded PERFECT. All those little games like "The World's Hardest Game" and "This is the Only Level" are still there and playable. I spent like 2 hours burning through old levels and honestly it held up better than I expected. The flash player thing popped up saying I needed to allow it in settings but it worked fine after that. Kinda wild to think a million kids used to hit this site daily and now the visitor count is probably just me and a few bots. Has anyone else found old game sites from the 2000s that still run?

Gotta disagree honestly. Those games were fun when we were 12 but they haven't aged well at all. Tried playing The World's Hardest Game last year and the controls felt super clunky, graphics look like trash on a modern screen too. You're just seeing it through nostalgia goggles.

Oh come on, "controls felt super clunky" like they weren't clunky back then either. We just didn't know any better because we were too busy rage quitting over that one level with the red blocks moving in patterns. I replayed it last month and yeah, the graphics are basically colored squares on a gray background, but that's part of the charm. You can't call it trash when we spent hours on that nonsense. It's like complaining that a flip phone feels weird to hold now, no duh, that's the whole point.
