The 1998 webcam site that still streams a parking lot in Ohio

I found this old site last week that's been running a live feed of a strip mall in Akron since 1998. The image is still updating every 30 seconds, no archives, just the same cracked asphalt and a sign that says 'Bob's Auto Parts'. The weird part is the timestamp in the corner still shows the correct date and time. I checked the page source and it's still using the original CGI script from the late 90s. Has anyone else run into a site that's been running this long without anyone touching it?
