The chord finder site that got a 403 error after 20 years
I used to pull guitar tabs from this one page from 2004, it was the only place with accurate versions of old blues songs. Last Saturday it finally threw a 403 and now the internet archive version is missing half the frames. Anyone know of another old tab site that still actually loads?

Tbh that 403 after 20 years hits different. The internet archive missing half the frames is the real kicker, cause that means someone half-assed the backup back when it mattered. For old blues tabs, I'd say just start digging through the wayback machine with a different date range, sometimes the frames load better from a 2012 snapshot than a 2004 one. Also check out the old school forums like Ultimate Guitar's older threads, people used to post those same transcriptions word for word before they got deleted. Honestly, most of those accurate versions came from the same few users, so if you can find their usernames, you can track down their other posts. Other than that, your best bet is asking on some blues subreddit, someone's bound to have a local copy saved on a hard drive somewhere.
