A Tuesday I'll never forget - client booked a perm and a color correction back to back
My hands were shaking by 3pm after that double booking, anyone else ever get that burnout from back to back chemical services?

Three cups of coffee before noon and a half-eaten granola bar that counted as lunch. That's the price you pay when you schedule two big jobs back to back without a buffer. Reminds me of how everyone tries to cram too much into a single day these days - like people who book three back to back meetings and wonder why they're brain dead by 4pm. I've started blocking out a 30 minute gap between any two big projects on my calendar. Otherwise you end up rushing through the second one and neither client gets your best work.

Hold on, you ate a half-eaten granola bar for lunch? That's rough, @ramirez.daniel. So you're basically running on pure caffeine and crumbs? I don't know how you made it through that second service without your hands shaking too. I swear, when I do two chemical jobs in a row my brain just checks out around the half way point of the second one. That buffer zone idea is smart, I might have to start stealing that for myself.
