Blew a client's bangs off 2 inches too short on a Tuesday and she tipped me anyway
I had a bride's mom in my chair at 9am and my clippers slipped while I was doing her neckline, so I had to take her fringe way shorter than we talked about. She looked in the mirror, laughed, and said her grandkid would think she was cool, then handed me a $20 on top of the cut. Has anyone else had a save like that, or did I just get lucky with the nicest lady in Dallas?
