Had a bride's entire bridal party walk out on me 30 minutes before their appointment on Saturday

They booked a full set of updos and makeup for 6 people, a $900 service block. The maid of honor called from the parking lot saying they 'changed their vibe' and were going to a chain salon instead. Left me with a completely empty chair for 4 hours and a fridge full of champagne I'd bought for them. What's the most unprofessional client bail you've dealt with?

You ever think maybe they got a legit last minute panic? Like what if the maid of honor saw the place and freaked it was too fancy for their actual vibe. Maybe the chain salon felt safer for them. Still sucks for you though.
