I finally gave in and tried that viral bowl cut technique on a client last week

I was sure it was just a fad, but the structure it gave her fine hair actually held up for a full 7 days. Has anyone else had a trend they doubted totally work out?

You're right that a week of hold should be the standard. The real win is when a trend actually solves a problem instead of just looking good for a day. It's sad that we get excited over basic results now.

Wait, a haircut holding up for a week is the big win here? That just sounds like a normal haircut to me lol. I feel like we're setting the bar pretty low if that's what makes a trend worth it.
