I finally stopped a client from ruining her own color at the sink in Tulsa
Last week a client grabbed the developer bottle off my station in Tulsa and said she wanted to "speed up" her 20 volume, and I had to gently take it out of her hand before she mixed it with the 30 I already had going. She thought stronger meant faster and I had to explain it means damage, not speed. How do you all handle clients who want to rush the process without sounding like you're scolding them?
