Back when I was renting a chair in Sacramento, I paid $600 for a one day keratin class and pushed the treatment on every client with frizz. After two clients came back with hair breaking off near the crown, I stopped offering it and started sending them to a curl specialist down the street instead. Has anyone else walked away from a service they paid good money to learn?
