My aunt the retired stylist called me out on my backbar setup

She noticed I had all my conditioners lined up by brand instead of by function and said I was wasting 15 minutes every appointment hunting for the right one. Switched to grouping them by hair type last week and my appointment flow is way smoother now. Has anyone else found a better way to organize their station?

Huh, never thought of it that way. Grouping by hair type makes a lot more sense than my current system of "whatever fits on this shelf." Might have to steal that idea and see if it speeds up my own workflow.
