My box of 50 foils fell open behind the salon chair, what a disaster
I was reaching for a fresh foil pack during a full highlight yesterday at my station in Nashville, and the whole box slipped out of my hand and burst open behind my chair. It took me 20 minutes picking up foils from under the dryer and between client feet while trying to keep the conversation going. Has anyone else had a supply mishap that totally threw off their rhythm mid-service?

Oh man, @the_amy I feel your pain with those toner tubes! One time I dropped a jar of color halfway through a balayage and it shattered everywhere, and my client's toddler started trying to pick up the pieces while I was panicking. Twenty minutes of cleanup and the kid kept saying "sparkly" about the glass.

Yesterday I dropped my entire box of toner tubes behind the station and they rolled every direction like marbles (it was in slow motion I swear). A client's little dog started chasing them under the dryer chairs while I'm trying to mix formula, and the lady is just laughing saying "that's entertainment" - she didn't even care I was losing my mind. Twenty minutes of crawling around with a dustpan and a flashlight while my other client kept asking if I needed a hand. Sometimes I think these supply mishaps are the universe testing our patience (and our flexibility game).
