My clipper blade jammed mid fade on a walk in at 6:40 Saturday and I had to fix it with a toothbrush
Guy walked in with no appointment at 6:40 on a Saturday and I got two passes into his fade when the blade on my main clipper seized up and started pulling hair instead of cutting it. I pulled the blade off, dug the packed hair and old oil out of the teeth with a toothbrush and a paper clip, and got it back on with a drop of oil while he sat there staring at me in the mirror. How often are you all pulling your blades apart to clean the hinge, because I clearly got lazy about it and it cost me ten minutes of a paying client's time.
