Overheard a client say sulfate shampoo ruined her curls, that flipped my whole take
She said her stylist in Tampa told her to ditch the clarifying wash for a cowash routine, and after 6 weeks her frizz got way better, so now I'm second guessing every shampoo I recommend, has anyone else changed their mind on sulfates recently?

That "frizz got way better" line hit me hard. I used to push sulfate free everything and thought clarifying washes were the devil for curls, but hearing about her 6 week cowash switch made me question that. Now I figure it depends on the hair and what products you layer in, not just one ingredient being all bad or all good.
