Spent $120 on those fancy ergonomic shears and my hand hurts worse now
So last month I finally caved and bought a pair of those expensive ergonomic shears everyone keeps raving about... the ones with the bent handle and the swivel thumb. $120 at the supply store in Austin. Used them for about two weeks straight on clients, and now my right wrist has this dull ache that won't go away. My old $40 pair never gave me any trouble. I think the angle just doesn't work with how I hold my fingers, and now I'm stuck with these expensive paperweights. Anyone else had a bad reaction to switching up your go-to tools? What did you do with the pricey ones that didn't work out... just eat the cost or try to resell them?

My cousin sold his fancy clippers on Craigslist. Weirdest handshake ever.
