Wednesday was chaos, three no-shows and one surprise regular

I had a day last week that just about broke me, three clients no-showed back to back, that's like $210 out the window. But then my 11 AM regular walked in with her daughter who'd never colored her hair before, and we did this soft copper balayage she'd been eyeing on Pinterest for months. The daughter ended up crying happy tears when she saw it in the mirror, which honestly never gets old. Anyone else have those days where the cancellations sting but one great result makes up for it?
