Had a boom cable snap on a job in Gary last month, here's what saved the day
Was lifting a 4 ton AC unit on a tight rooftop when the hoist cable frayed mid-lift, I dumped the load onto a crash pad and used a come-along to reel it back down, anyone else carry a backup hand winch for cable failures?
