Question about a bad habit I had with my swing radius

I realized my swing radius was off for months because I was eyeballing the load chart instead of checking it every single time, which a foreman in Tacoma pointed out after watching me set a 15-ton beam last week.

Hold up though, maybe the chart was actually telling the truth and we were just reading it wrong. I've been on the other side of this where I called it a trap but really I was just too scared to take the trade. Sometimes a breakout is just a breakout and we overthink everything looking for patterns that aren't there. I'm starting to think half the time we call something a "chart trap" we're just covering for our own hesitation. Everyone's so quick to call it a fakeout but nobody wants to admit they just missed the move.
