That day in Mobile with the wind shear was something else
We were setting a 40 ton unit on a roof downtown and the gusts just came out of nowhere. Had to set it down half a block early and walk the load in with tag lines for 20 minutes. Nothing broke but my spotter and I both needed new shorts after. Anyone else ever had to abandon a pick mid-swing because of sudden wind?
