That supervisor's offhand comment about brake checks keeps replaying in my head
Had a loader guy in Fort Worth tell me he saw a 50 ton crane roll 20 feet because the operator skipped the final brake check after a lunch break, and now I can't stop thinking about how one quiet habit might be all that's standing between a short day and a long report, has anyone else ever caught themselves cutting that corner when you're running behind?
