The day the wind died in Odessa and we moved 14 beams before noon

Tbh I still think about that Tuesday back in 2018. Site near Odessa, TX, usually that place is a dust storm on legs. But that morning the air was dead still. We got 14 steel beams set before lunch, which was insane for us. Foreman kept saying "run it while you can" and we did. Then at 1pm the wind came back like normal and we barely got 3 more done all afternoon. Has anyone else had a freak calm day that just made everything click?

Nailed it. Had a day like that on a job in Hobbs a few years back, everything just lined up and we flew through work like it was nothing. Then the wind hit and we spent the rest of the week fighting it. You take those calm hours when you get em.
