Had to pick between a $10 haunted doll and a $400 haunted dollhouse, went cheap
Scrolling Facebook Marketplace last week in Toledo and this lady posted two listings side by side. One was a creepy porcelain doll for 10 bucks, the other was this massive Victorian dollhouse with tiny furniture and a note saying "it whispers" for 400. I figured if I'm gonna get haunted, I want the full experience, but my wallet said otherwise. Brought the doll home, set it on the shelf, and my cat won't go near that corner now... so maybe I got the better deal after all. Has anyone else gambled on the cheaper cursed item and regretted it or got lucky?
