I compared screen printing vs DTF for a 50 shirt order and the difference was night and day
Ran a test run of 10 shirts with DTF transfers last month and the wash test looked way better than the screen printed ones I did before. The DTF colors stayed bright after 5 washes while the screen printed ones started cracking already. Anyone else make the switch to DTF for smaller batches?

Well now you've got me rethinking things. I've been doing screen printing for years and always swore by it for anything over two dozen shirts. But after reading your test results I decided to try DTF on a small batch of 25 shirts for a local baseball team fundraiser. I gotta say the detail on the little bat and ball logo came out way sharper than I expected, and after six washes they still look new. It changed my mind about what's possible with transfers.

@the_cora I gotta push back a little here. Screen printing still wins for durability over the long haul if you do it right, especially with thicker inks on soft garments. DTF is great for detail and small runs but I've seen those transfers peel after a dozen washes on heavy cotton blanks. Not knocking it, just saying screen printing isn't dead yet for bigger orders.
