My Epson printer just ate a whole batch of wedding invites

It was last Tuesday, right in the middle of a 50-card run for a client in Tampa. The feed rollers grabbed two cards at once and jammed, creasing and inking up like 15 of them. I had to stop everything, take the thing apart, and clean the whole paper path. Has anyone else had this happen with an Epson SureColor? What did you do to fix it for good?
