Pro tip: That Reddit thread about curing screens with a digital timer was totally right
Some user named printhead_steve in a thread 6 months ago told me to stop using my phone and grab a $15 digital timer for exposing screens. I thought nah, my counting method was fine. Finally tried it last week on a tricky 110 mesh screen here in Denver and hit perfect detail on the first try. My old way wasted like 4 screens. Anyone else get game changing advice they ignored for way too long?

Solidarity brother, wasted way too many screens by eyeballing it myself.

Oh man, I had almost the exact same thing happen with a 156 mesh screen last month. I was counting seconds in my head like some kind of idiot and just accepted the blowout as normal until I finally grabbed a timer. It really is one of those things that feels too simple to matter until you actually do it.

Yeah, a timer changed the whole game for me too. I started using old phone that stays on the workbench just for that, set it and forget it. Makes a huge difference when you're not guessing.
