PSA: I bought a $120 color calibration tool for my home printer and it saved my last batch of wedding invites.

The colors on my screen were way off from what was actually printing, and this little gadget fixed it in about ten minutes. Anyone else run into this with their own projects?

Always thought those things were a waste of money for a home setup. Your post has me rethinking that for sure.

Right! I was totally the same way until I caved and got one for my wife's birthday invites. Now I can't imagine going back to fiddling with printer settings forever.

A hundred and twenty bucks for a printer tool is wild to me. I mean, I just kept messing with the settings until it looked okay. Maybe it's just me but that's a lot for some invites.
