I hung a 40-foot banner for a dealership Tuesday, came back Wednesday morning to print peeling at the seams because the temp dropped 25 degrees, and now I'm wondering how you all handle outdoor vinyl when weather swings like that?

Vinyl shrinks and expands, everyone knows that. If you mount it tight on a warm day and it gets cold, it's gonna pull at the seams. That's not the material failing, that's physics doing its thing.
