Switched from random passwords to a passphrase system 3 months ago

I used to use the same password for everything. Just variations of my dog's name with a number at the end. Then I got an alert from haveibeenpwned that my email was in 4 different breaches. That scared me straight. Now I make passphrases like "blue-rain-truck-7" that are 20+ characters long. They are way easier to remember than some jumble of letters and numbers. Took me about a week to swap everything over in Bitwarden. Has anyone else made this switch and actually stuck with it?

My brother keeps his passwords in a notebook taped under his desk.
