Tried a password manager after my brother got hacked through a reused password
My brother lost access to his Steam account last month because he used the same password for everything, and it took him 3 days to get it back. I switched to Bitwarden last week and honestly I'm surprised how easy it is - has anyone had trouble getting their family members to actually use one?

Got a buddy who swore by using the same 3 passwords for everything until his PayPal got drained last Christmas. Had to fight with support for a week to get his money back. @wesley873 I feel you on the wife thing, my friend's girlfriend still keeps hers on sticky notes stuck to her monitor.

Ngl I was totally that guy who thought password managers were just another thing to complicate your life. I used to just write everything down in a notebook and call it good. But then my own account got hit last year and I lost access to my email for a week. That changed my mind real quick. Now I use LastPass and honestly it's way simpler than carrying around a notebook with all my passwords. My wife still refuses to use one though and it drives me crazy. She says she doesn't trust them but I keep telling her it's safer than using the same password for everything.
