Pro tip: Wayback Machine is actually better than the original site sometimes

Everyone talks about missing old sites, but I found a cached version of a landscaping forum from 2005 that had actual soil pH correction tables that work way better than anything modern. The data was broken down by region and even included specific numbers for clay vs sandy loam. Has anyone else had better luck with old cached content than current sources?

Found an archived car repair guide from 2007 that saved me 400 bucks on my truck.

Man, that's awesome @baker.phoenix. It's crazy how those old guides are still out there and can save you real cash like that. Mechanics charge an arm and a leg just to look at stuff, and half the time they don't even fix it right. I bet it felt good to fix it yourself and keep that money in your pocket. Did the guide have any tricky steps or was it pretty straightforward to follow?
