Stumbled into a dead mall with 47 original fountains still running

I was poking around the old Galleria in Harrisburg last weekend, and I swear I counted 47 fountains that were all still on. Most of the stores are empty, but the water features are still gurgling like it's 1988. I even saw a janitor refilling one with a bucket like it was no big deal. Has anyone else run into weird stuff like that still running in a dead mall?
