Vent: My camera battery died 10 minutes into exploring the old Macy's at Middletown Mall

I was finally inside that sealed-off second floor at the Middletown Mall in Ohio, and my spare battery was dead too. Did anyone else ever have to go back to a dead mall for a second trip just to finish photos because of bad planning?

Drove two hours back to the old Columbus City Mall last summer just because I forgot my memory card at home. Had all my gear packed up, showed up ready to go, and nothing. The worst part was the second trip the next day, the light was all wrong and half my shots came out washed out. Still have those grainy photos saved on my desktop, never even posted them anywhere.
