Walked through an old Montgomery Ward last week, felt like 1995

It's in the Spartanburg mall that's been dying for 10 years, but the tile floor and old signage are still there. Anyone else got a specific anchor store they miss seeing around?

Second hand stores and flea markets are gold mines for that old retail signage, I've grabbed a few pieces myself. @brooke533 is right on about the metal letters, sold a set from a closed Kmart for pretty good cash last year.

Hit up an old B. Dalton's bookseller inside a dying mall once. Felt like time had just stopped in there. If the old signage is still up, might be worth seeing if the mall management will let you grab a piece of it, those metal letters go for decent money online.
