Stopped by an old Cummins shop outside Raleigh last week...
Walked in and the place still had those paper rosters on the wall from the 80s. They had three mechanics running five bays... nobody under 50 years old working there. Makes me wonder where all the young guys are going.

Paper rosters from the 80s still on the wall? That's wild. I can't believe they haven't bothered to take those down or put up new ones in like forty years. Sounds like the place is frozen in time, which is kinda cool but also a little sad. You gotta wonder if they even have a computer in the office.
