I've been looking to get a custom tune for my F-150 but there's so many options out there. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I want something reliable that won't mess up my truck.

Second 5 Star. I got an SCT tuner with their tunes for my '19 F-150 and it's been great. Throttle response is way better and no issues at all. They also do custom tuning if you have mods.

I'd check out 5 Star Tuning. They've been around for a while and have a solid rep in the truck community. Their tunes are well tested and they have great customer support if you have questions.
