My stylus pen just quit halfway through a commissioned portrait

I was 6 hours into a digital painting for a client last Tuesday when my Wacom stylus just stopped working. No warning, no low battery indicator, just dead in the middle of shading an eye. Anyone else had a tool fail on them at the worst possible time?

Blew a fuse in my house mid haircut once.

Blew a fuse? That's not that big a deal. Flip the breaker back and finish your haircut. People act like it's a life or death situation. You still have a head full of hair and working hands. Never understood the panic over something so simple.
