My buddy called my 18,000 screenshots a 'digital junk drawer' and I can't stop thinking about it

We were talking about organizing game clips and he said 'you're just saving stuff so you don't have to feel like you're wasting time playing.' Hit me hard because I've got 3TB of old Minecraft builds I never revisit. Anyone else ever hear something that simple that made you rethink your whole hoard?

Wait, did he actually call you out or was it more of a joke that just hit too close to home? I'm wondering if you ever actually go back through those Minecraft builds or if it's more about the comfort of knowing they're there.

My brother has like 8000 photos of his cat sleeping on his phone and he gets defensive when I mention cloud storage. I think we just like knowing the stuff exists even if we never look at it again.
