Shoutout to the coworking space in Medellin that let me crash after I got locked out of my Airbnb

I was in El Poblado last month and my host double booked my room. I had all my gear with me and nowhere to go for like 6 hours. Found a coworking spot called Selina and the guy at the front desk just waved me in when I explained. Let me use their wifi and even pointed me to a quiet corner. I ended up getting a day pass but still, that kindness saved my afternoon. Has anyone else had a random act of kindness while traveling?

Did Selina give you any trouble about not having a reservation or did they just let you walk right in?

I showed up without a reservation last month and they waved me right in, but that was on a Tuesday afternoon so probably depends on the night. Best bet is to call ahead 30 minutes before you head over, they'll usually hold a spot if it's not packed.
