I've been using the wrong kind of wood filler on my trim for months and only noticed when a chunk fell out in my hand.

Yeah, a chunk falling out is pretty bad. But honestly, @maryadams, how often does trim filler even get touched? Might not be a huge deal for some spots.

Oh man, @maryadams, same thing happened with mine! I had a spot near the window that I thought no one would ever touch, but then I noticed a chunk missing and it drove me crazy. I mean, it's like once you see it, you can't unsee it, right?
