Warning: took me 45 minutes to realize my screenshot fail was just a smudge on the screen

I spent way too long trying to edit a weird blur out of a screenshot before I realized it was a greasy fingerprint on my phone screen, has anyone else done this?

Ngl I've wiped my screen more times than I've edited photos.

Been there. Wiped my screen three times before I realized the smudge was actually a crack in my screen protector. Your mileage may vary but I swear phone screens just attract grease like nothing else in this world. Food and phones never mix well. I keep a microfiber cloth in my bag specifically for this reason now. Learned my lesson the hard way.
