Stapling zines backwards saves so much time

Used to fold and staple each zine one by one till I realized if you staple the whole stack first then fold, it's way faster. Cut my time making 50 copies of my latest 8-pager from 2 hours to maybe 45 minutes. Anyone else got a weird shortcut like this?
