My old boss taught me why my floor plans always had dimension conflicts

I kept getting redlines from the GC about dimensions not adding up on my residential plans. Finally after the third revision on a duplex in Portland my boss sat me down and showed me I was using the wrong snap settings for wall intersections. Turns out I had endpoint snapping on instead of intersection snapping, so my dims were off by 1/4 inch on every corner. Switched it over and my last three plan sets passed review with zero dim errors. Any of you guys run into a simple setting fix that saved your butt like this?

I read somewhere that changing snap settings fixes like half of drafting errors.

Endpoint snapping instead of intersection snapping" - man that is such a classic rookie mistake. I learned that one the hard way too.
