My old drafting table lamp gave out halfway through a set of foundation plans

The armature just snapped clean off at the joint yesterday. I had to finish the last three sheets with a desk lamp that cast terrible shadows. Anyone have a recommendation for a sturdy, adjustable drafting lamp that won't break the bank?
