Heads up on that new spray foam adhesive from the trade show

I thought it was just overpriced hype, but after a messy ceiling job in a Charlotte condo last month, the extra hold actually saved me a redo. Anyone else given it a shot on a tricky angle?

That "overpriced hype" line got me. It's funny how often the expensive thing that feels like a rip-off at first is the only thing that does the job right. I see it with tools and even stuff like rain jackets. Paying more upfront can feel bad, but it beats the cost (and the headache) of doing the whole job twice.

Yeah, @taylor.betty, it's like that with so much stuff now. I bought a cheap kitchen knife once and it was useless, just bruised tomatoes. Had to buy the good one a month later. You end up paying for the cheap one twice, which is the real scam.
