Hit 10,000 square feet of board hung in a single week and my back is screaming

We took on a huge condo project in Austin, three of us working 12 hour days. The tally came in at 10,042 square feet when we finished on Friday. I never thought we'd push past that mark without a bigger crew. It showed me we can handle volume, but man, the physical cost is real. Do you guys think chasing these big numbers is worth it, or is it better to keep jobs smaller and more manageable?

Honestly, what's the actual profit on that after paying three guys for all those hours? Big numbers look good on paper but the money has to be there. Otherwise you're just buying yourself a broken back.

My first landscaping job taught me that the hard way.
